The ETL certification is proof that the product meets the strict safety standards in the US and Canadian markets, helping Galaxy affirm its position in demanding markets, combined with a quality assessment system at each stage of production. We always propose product improvement solutions, aiming to continuously improve the quality and value of goods, meeting customer expectations.

2. Brand Story

Originating from the desire to create high-quality “Made in Vietnam” products that meet strict European and American standards, Galaxy was established to assemble and process consumer electronics products. One of our typical products is the new generation Point Pod power outlet, with smart design, flexible integration in modern spaces, and meeting strict safety standards in the international market. The product has been exported to Australia and the US, affirming Galaxy’s position in bringing high value to customers.

With the orientation that people are the decisive factor in product quality, Galaxy recruits experienced personnel: production team leaders with over 15 years of experience and assembly staff with college degrees and at least 3 years of experience in the electrical – electronics industry. These criteria ensure that each Galaxy product is assembled with high precision, durability and meets the strict standards of the international market, bringing maximum satisfaction to customers. After a careful selection process, we organize integration training courses, corporate culture, professional working skills and periodic internal training. The goal is to build a team of disciplined, dedicated staff who strictly adhere to quality management processes.
